How exactly did Cuba's Cups come about?
Cuba's Cups & Treats LLC was created out of the bond that Cuba and I (Zhakia-owner) created since she was just a wee 7-week-old puppy. Cuba came into my life I guess you could say at the "perfect time". I had recently graduated college with my undergraduate degree, and I was quite experiencing some post-graduate depression. In addition, I unfortunately lost my grandfather months later. It was none other than Cuba who comforted me during those times and NEVER left my side. We often shared "treats" and cups of "cream" together to get through those moments. In addition, Cuba has had quite the journey with finding the perfect food/treat balance with her allergies and has posed a big struggle in her life. Therefore, we decided to homemake her treats!
I would have it no other way than to honor her with this business by naming it after her, considering the immense impact she has placed on my life. We encourage you at any point in your life if you are seeking to become an entrepreneur, follow a dream or whatever the case may be, go for it! But don't forget to snag a treat from us on the way :)
I mean how can you say no to this face?
Cuba: "That is the same thing you are going to say once your fur-baby tastes one of my treats!"
Guess what?
Cuba: "I recently got a new brother named Greatness, we call him Great. Him and I wait patiently (sometimes impatiently) at the kitchen entryway for mommy to get us some treats & Cuba's Cups!"
